This post from the Grateful Golfer presents the 4 major changes in the upcoming 2016 edition of the Rules.  For some, the most significant change will be the withdrawal of Rule 18-2b (Ball at Rest Moved by Player, Partner, Caddie or Equipment) which caused controversy at the 2014 Players Championship when Justin Rose was penalized. The player will no longer be automatically deemed to have caused the ball to move. A one-stroke penalty will be applied only when the facts show that the player has caused the ball to move. To read more click here.
